• Please avoid leaving valuables (cash, gold, documents, etc.) inside the vehicle. Anjanadri Travels is not liable for any loss or damage during the trip.
• Air-conditioning (A/C) will be switched off while driving on Tirumala Ghat Road and when the vehicle is idle or parked. If A/C is required during ghat travel, an additional ₹500 will be charged.
• A night travel allowance is applicable for journeys between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Customers are responsible for driver’s food. Alternatively, ₹300 per day can be paid directly to the driver.

Package Booking Policies

• Once the package is confirmed, cancellation or refund is not permitted, and advance payments are non-refundable.
• Any change in the itinerary, including extra stops, detours, or delays, will result in additional charges based on distance or time.
• All package rates are exclusive of GST, unless explicitly mentioned.
• Packages do not include temple rituals, darshan tickets, tonsuring, or thulabharam unless specified in writing.

Vehicle Usage Terms

• The quoted fare is based on current fuel prices, tolls, permits, and parking charges. Any increase due to strikes, fuel hikes, or government taxes will be reflected in the final cost.
• Additional vehicle usage outside the agreed plan will be charged at standard market rates.
• Unnecessary or personal use of the vehicle is not permitted. Extra usage will be billed.
• Luggage carriers are provided only for vehicles with more than 12 seats.

1) Can I book a pickup from the airport or railway station?

Yes! We provide convenient pickups from Tirupati Airport, Railway Station, hotels, or any location within the city. Return drop-off is also available.

2) Are your drivers familiar with temple routes and customs? 

Yes, our drivers are trained, polite, and experienced in temple travel routes like Tirumala, Kanchipuram, Srikalahasti, Vellore, and others.
