Terms & Conditions – Anjanadri Travels
General Travel Guidelines
- Please avoid keeping valuables such as money, jewelry, or important documents inside the vehicle. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the journey.
- A/C will be turned off while driving on Tirumala Ghat Road or when the vehicle is stationary. If A/C is required on Ghat Road, an additional ₹500 will be charged.
- Night travel charges apply for services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Driver meals must be provided by the customer, or ₹300 per day can be paid directly to the driver.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Once a package is confirmed and booked, cancellation is strictly not allowed. Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Changes or additions to the pre-confirmed itinerary will result in extra charges based on the additional kilometers or time involved.
Vehicle Usage Policy
- Vehicle usage beyond the agreed itinerary will incur additional charges as per standard rates.
- Unnecessary or unauthorized use of the vehicle (beyond the itinerary) will be charged extra or may not be permitted.
- Luggage carriers are available only on vehicles with more than 12 seats.
- The vehicle quote is based on current fuel prices, parking charges, and road permits. Any increase in costs due to strikes, political disruptions, or government revisions in fuel or tax rates will affect the fare accordingly.
