General Travel Guidelines
- Customers are requested not to leave valuables such as cash, gold, or important items in the vehicle. Anjanadri Travels is not liable for any loss or damage during the journey.
- Air conditioning (A/C) will be turned off while traveling on Tirumala Ghat Road, when the vehicle is idle or parked. If A/C usage is requested during the ghat journey, an extra charge of ₹500 will apply.
- Night travel allowance will be charged for rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- The customer is responsible for the driver’s meals, or alternatively, ₹300 per day can be paid directly to the driver.
Package Booking Policies
- Once a package is confirmed and booked, cancellation is not allowed, and advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any modifications, delays, or additions to the agreed itinerary (including route changes or stopovers) will result in extra charges based on additional kilometers or time.
- All quoted package prices are exclusive of GST, unless specified.
- Ritual services (e.g., darshan, tonsuring, thulabharam, etc.) are not included unless clearly mentioned.
Vehicle Usage Terms
- The quoted price is calculated based on current fuel prices, tolls, permits, and parking fees. If there is a rise in these due to political disturbances, strikes, or fuel/tax hikes, the total cost may be adjusted accordingly.
- Use of the vehicle beyond the confirmed itinerary or duration will be billed as per standard market rates.
- Misuse or unauthorized use of the vehicle is not allowed and will incur additional charges.
- Luggage carriers are available only on vehicles with more than 12 seats.
1)Can I book a cab at the last minute or on the same day?
Yes, same-day bookings are accepted based on vehicle availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure preferred vehicle type and timely pickup, especially during weekends and festival seasons.
2)Do you provide pick-up and drop from railway stations or airports?
Absolutely! Pick-up and drop services are available from Tirupati Railway Station, Tirupati Airport, and other major transport points. Just mention your location while booking.
