• Passengers are advised not to keep valuables (like money, jewelry, or important documents) inside the vehicle. Anjanadri Travels is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the journey.
• Air-conditioning (A/C) will be turned off during travel on Tirumala Ghat Road and when the vehicle is idle or parked. If A/C is required during ghat travel, an additional charge of ₹500 applies.
• Night allowance charges apply for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Driver meals must be provided by the customer or ₹300/day may be paid to the driver directly.

Package Booking Terms

• Once a package is confirmed, no cancellations are allowed and advance payments are non-refundable, regardless of the situation.
• Modifications to the agreed itinerary (extra stops, delays, distance) will result in additional charges.
  
• Package prices are quoted exclusive of GST, unless specified otherwise.
• Rituals like tonsuring, thulabharam, or darshan arrangements are not included unless clearly mentioned in the itinerary.

Vehicle Usage Terms

• Quoted prices are based on current fuel prices, tolls, parking, and permit costs. Any increase due to political strikes, tax hikes, or fuel rate changes will affect the final price.
• Extra vehicle usage (beyond the scheduled route or time) will be billed separately as per standard rates.
• Unauthorized or unnecessary usage of the vehicle is not allowed and will be charged additionally.
• Luggage carriers are available only on vehicles with more than 12 seats.

1)What happens if the journey is extended beyond the agreed plan?

If your trip exceeds the original time or distance, additional charges will apply as per vehicle usage and current market rates.
