• Please avoid leaving valuables (cash, gold, important documents, etc.) inside the vehicle. Anjanadri Travels does not take responsibility for any loss or damage during your journey.
• Air-conditioning will be switched off while driving on Tirumala Ghat Road and when the vehicle is stationary or parked. If A/C is requested during ghat travel, a ₹500 extra charge applies.
• Night travel allowance is applicable for services rendered between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Driver meals must be arranged by the customer, or ₹300 per day may be paid directly to the driver.

Package & Booking Terms

• Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances. All advance payments are non-refundable.
• Any additions or deviations from the agreed itinerary (extra stops, longer distances, delays) will be charged additionally.
• All package prices are quoted excluding GST unless otherwise specified.
• Ritual arrangements such as tonsuring, thulabharam, or darshan tickets are not included unless mentioned in your package.

Vehicle Usage Terms

• Quoted rates are based on current fuel prices, parking, permits, and taxes. Any increase due to political unrest, strikes, or tax/fuel changes will be reflected in the final fare.
• Extended vehicle usage outside the agreed scope will be charged extra.
  
• Misuse or personal use of the vehicle outside the itinerary is not permitted or will be billed additionally.
• Luggage carriers are available only for vehicles with more than 12 seats.

1)What types of vehicles can I book for my trip?

Anjanadri Travels offers a variety of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, AC/Non-AC cars, economy cabs, and tempo travelers to suit different group sizes and budgets.

2)Is everything included in the quoted fare?

Most of our packages include toll charges, parking fees, and driver allowance. Any route changes, additional requests, or delayed schedules may lead to extra costs.
