General Terms
- Once a package is booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
- Any additions or changes to the agreed itinerary will be charged based on extra kilometers or hours.
- The customer is responsible for any personal belongings. Anjanadri Travels will not be held liable for loss or damage during the journey.
- Any increase in fuel prices, tolls, taxes, or government levies after booking confirmation may affect the overall fare.
- Luggage carriers are available only for vehicles with 12 seats or more.
Vehicle & Driver Policies
- Air-conditioning will be turned off while traveling on Tirumala Ghat Road or when the vehicle is stationary or parked.
- If A/C is required during ghat road travel, an additional charge of ₹500 will apply.
- Night allowance is applicable for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Driver meals are to be provided by the customer or ₹300 per day should be paid directly to the driver.
Vehicle Usage
- Extra usage of the vehicle beyond the agreed schedule will attract additional charges as per standard market rates.
- Unnecessary or misuse of the vehicle (for non-scheduled stops or personal errands) may lead to extra billing.
- Please avoid keeping valuables such as cash, gold, or electronics inside the car. We will not be responsible for any losses.

Tirupati is the city at the base of the hills, serving as a gateway for pilgrims. Tirumala, on the other hand, is the sacred hill town located approximately 21 kilometers uphill, where the famous Lord Venkateswara Temple is situated.
2)How long does it take to travel from Tirupati to Tirumala?
The drive from Tirupati to Tirumala takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. The distance is roughly 21 kilometers, covered via well-maintained ghat roads by our experienced drivers.
